Obsidian is my preferred note taking app and one of my long-standing workflow goals has been to both author and publish content for this site directly from Obsidian. This site is
specifically, leveraging Hugo for static site generation while working entirely within the Obsidian ecosystem. This approach allows me to draft, organize, and refine my ideas in a powerful markdown-based environment before automatically converting them into a polished, responsive website. Below, I’ll expand on how this integration works, the benefits it offers, and the practical steps involved in setting it up.
